Icon Steel fabricates in its own Marana shop and erects with its own crews. We work from the approved contract documents and shop drawings, and coordinate with the GC and design team before anything is fabricated. A Trimble X7 laser scanner lets us verify existing conditions on retrofits and tenant improvements.
Much of our detailing is done in-house. On larger jobs where detailing is outsourced to hold a schedule, we use drafting partners we already work with and hold them to the same standard.

Yes. We erect steel fabricated by others, and we fabricate steel that somebody else erects. We also self-perform shop drawings, so you can hand us the whole package or only the part you need covered.
Engineered drawings and specifications are preferred, but we can give budget estimates without them. Include the bid due date, the anticipated start date and any addenda or scope notes.
